Introduction

**You may be the person everyone counts on—while privately feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck.** Maybe you're a woman trying to balance work, relationships, motherhood, and the expectations of everyday life. Maybe you're navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, processing difficult experiences from your past, or wondering why things that seem easy for everyone else feel so much harder for you. You may also be an **ADHD or autistic woman—or another neurodivergent adult—who has spent years masking, overcompensating, or trying to fit into environments that weren't designed with your needs in mind.** Therapy can be a place where you don't have to do that. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with more than 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents, women, and families. My specialized training includes **EMDR, perinatal mental health, trauma-focused therapy, and play therapy**. I especially enjoy supporting **women and neurodivergent adults** experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting stress, trauma, and questions around identity and self-understanding. My approach is **warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming**. For ADHD and autistic clients, therapy isn't about trying to make you fit someone else's definition of “normal.” Instead, we can explore how your brain works, identify your individual strengths and needs, and develop practical strategies that make daily life feel more manageable. I also have extensive experience with **young children and play therapy**. Children often communicate through play before they have the words to explain what they're experiencing. I help young children work through anxiety, big emotions, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family changes, transitions, and other challenges in developmentally appropriate ways. Whether you're an adult looking for a place to finally focus on yourself, a mom navigating a new chapter, a neurodivergent adult looking for understanding and practical support, or a parent seeking help for your young child, **you don't have to figure it all out alone.** **Daytime appointments are available for adult women, neurodivergent adults, and young children.**
