Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it's grounded in genuine connection and honest conversation. As a psychologist, I work with individuals across the lifespan to help you move through what's holding you back. Whether you're facing an existential question, processing grief, managing a major life transition, or exploring patterns that feel stuck, I bring a compassionate yet direct approach. I draw on attachment-based, humanistic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) work to help you understand yourself more deeply and live more authentically. I also offer psychological testing and evaluation when that serves your needs. My practice is grounded in meeting you where you are, honoring your strengths, and supporting you in building the life you want. I work via telehealth and am currently accepting new clients from any state that participates in PSY PACT. I'd welcome the chance to talk with you about how we might work together.
