Introduction

I specialize in helping women who are experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum, or those are experiencing infertility or undergoing IVF. I am passionate about support women throughout every stage of their reproductive journey. I also specialize in helping bereaved mother’s who are grieving the loss of their baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. My approach is rooted in compassion, presence and I facilitate the process of gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, while teaching coping strategies to help you feel better and navigate this season with more clarity and strength. Sessions with me are guided by where you are right now, while also keeping sight of where you want to be. I provide support, coping tools, and a well-rounded approach that taps into all aspects of yourself and lived experiences. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience and hold an additional certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I have received specialized training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), infertility and assisted reproductive technology (ART) through ASRM, and perinatal grief and loss through the Seleni Institute. I provide virtual sessions only and offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss what you are needing, how I can help, and what the next steps are. My education, specialized training and clinical experience is the foundation of my practice, but it is my lived experience navigating the unexpected, isolating, overwhelming and unacknowledged experiences of motherhood which fuels my passion to support other women. If you are struggling, you’re not alone. Help is available and I am here to support you.
