Are you an adult with ADHD trying to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and daily overwhelm? You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m Casie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with over a decade of experience. I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD through a lens that’s both clinically informed and personally experienced. As a woman diagnosed in adulthood, married to a partner with ADHD, and parenting a child with ADHD, I deeply understand the realities you're navigating. In therapy, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach. I draw from various therapeutic treatment modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. While I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, and self-esteem issues. Working with me you get a supportive space for reflection and insight. I’ll help you explore patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—to better understand yourself and how you relate to others. This process will foster new ways of experiencing yourself and the world around you that extend beyond the therapy room and into your daily life. I'm proud to be an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) specializing in ADHD treatment. As someone with lived experience, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to help ADHDers feel seen, understood, and supported. In therapy, I help clients with ADHD learn to build emotional regulation, reduce shame, and reconnect to themselves and the positive aspects of having a super fast brain! We will work together to create personalized systems to manage ADHD challenges like time blindness, overwhelm, and task initiation. Together we'll work with your brain, not against it! I often integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into therapy because they offer ADHDers a compassionate way to slow down, tune in, and make sense of their inner world. These approaches help strengthen the connection between mind and body, which can be especially valuable when emotions feel intense, overwhelming, or hard to name.
