Introduction

“Change your thoughts and you’ll change your world.” My goal is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to discover your true needs and gain deep insight into your life. While everyone needs support at any moment of time, asking for help can be incredibly difficult. Overwhelming feelings can surface at various times in our lives, and needing support through those moments is not a sign of weakness, it is simply a sign of being human. If you are struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or feeling exhausted by the non-stop thoughts in your head, I am here to be present with you. My Philosophy & Clinical Approach "Awareness is the first step to choice, and choice is the foundation of change." A nonjudgmental, patient present is not just comforting, it is clinically essential. Meaningful growth requires a safe space where your nervous system can settle, allowing you to examine old patterns without shame. True healing happens when deep empathy meets structured, goal-oriented strategy. A great therapist is both entirely present and actively engaged. My commitment to you is a space completely free of judgment, paired with the specialized clinical insight needed to create lasting breakthroughs. While traditional talk therapy is incredibly valuable for conscious understanding, real, lasting transformation happens when we align the subconscious mind. In my practice, I utilize Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused interventions. By working with both the conscious and subconscious levels, we can disrupt the automatic loops of anxiety, rewrite outdated mental narratives, and quiet the internal noise so you can regain control of your life. Your Therapeutic Journey My approach to therapy is active, collaborative, and entirely driven by where you are in your life. I view therapy not as a rigid checklist, but as a progressive, evolving relationship built on a true human-to-human connection. Because healing is non-linear, our work shifts and flows based on your immediate and long-term needs: • Navigating Transitions & Challenges: When life feels overwhelming, we focus on immediate containment building practical coping skills, establishing emotional safety, and grounding your nervous system. • Deep Transformation & Processing: As our therapeutic trust deepens, we move into active change. This is where we look beneath the surface, utilizing Hypnotherapy and NLP to process subconscious blocks, disrupt automatic anxiety loops, and rewrite old mental patterns. • Sustained Growth & Maintenance: Healing doesn't always mean "graduating" and leaving. For many, therapy becomes a consistent space for ongoing alignment, accountability, and the long-term preservation of balance and emotional health. Because everyone has entirely unique life experiences, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from an eclectic, multidisciplinary framework that adapts to you in real-time—combining the depth of Person-Centered Care with the strategic, active tools of CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP, and Mindfulness interventions. No matter where you are on your path, my commitment is to meet you exactly as you are, with the exact support you need for that moment. Areas of Focus & Expertise • Who I Work With: Adults, couples, families, and older adults (65+). • Specialties: Parenting challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, work-life balance, and stress management. Community Roots & Leadership Growing up in the Sacramento area since the age of four, my roots in this community run incredibly deep. This region is not just where I practice; it is the community that shaped me, and I continue my profound investment in its health and well-being. Guided by a desire to give back to the place I call home; I founded my private practice in 2018 with a vision of creating a collaborative ecosystem for mental health. Today, my mission has expanded from serving individual clients to actively building and mentoring our local professional community. I am enthusiastic about opening doors for licensed therapists as they begin their own private practice journeys, providing them with the clinical space, structural support, and mentorship needed to thrive. By offering professional consultation and fostering authentic professional relationships, I aim to create a network of connected, highly supported clinicians. My ultimate hope is to cultivate a strong, collaborative, and diverse mental health community across the Sacramento region, fully equipped to meet the unique needs of everyone who seeks support.
