Hi, I’m Cassandra. My journey into therapy began with a simple realization: real healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as a whole person. I work with individuals in a collaborative, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, stress, and life transitions, as well as children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. My trauma-informed approach integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Together, we won't just talk through life's challenges—we'll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical, real-world tools that foster long-term inner strength and meaningful change. I am currently expanding my clinical foundation while pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
