Hello, I'm Cassandra. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health services, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings that have shaped my approach to therapy. I specialize in working with individuals facing addiction, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health issues, depression, grief/bereavement, PTSD, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors, stress, trauma, and family relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we will work on developing strategies and skills to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. My goal is to help you find the strength and resilience within yourself to overcome obstacles and lead a fulfilling life.
