Dr. Cassandra Bowles brings over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed psychological care to children, adolescents, and adults in Southern California. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. With a warm and collaborative approach, Dr. Bowles aims to provide clients with the opportunity to re-author personal narratives, create space for healing, and generate the potential to shift emotional, occupational, and interpersonal patterns. She has trained across academic medical centers, schools, and private practice settings, working with a wide range of clinical presentations from mood and anxiety concerns to complex medical and neurological conditions. Her training includes psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessment at the UCLA Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, as well as advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at The Wright Institute Los Angeles. Her work is grounded in a longstanding interest in resilience and the impact of early relational experiences on emotional development.
