I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or clinical. With my background in social work, I approach each person holistically—considering not just what you're experiencing, but the full context of your life and environment. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan, from children and teens through older adults, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, caregiver stress, and burnout. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches, tailored to what works best for you. I'm an MSW Intern with my BSW, also from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am working on my Substance Abuse Counselor-In-Training (SAC-IT) credential. I find that a little humor and genuine connection go a long way in creating a space where real change can happen. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what's been weighing on you, I'm here to meet you where you are.
