Hi, I’m Cassie, an AMFT who believes healing happens gently, slowly, and with a lot of compassion. I work with clients who need support with navigating tough transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship stress, and the heavy emotional moments that make life feel overwhelming. My approach is warm, grounding, and reflective. I use psychodynamic therapy and parts work (IFS-informed) to help you understand why you think, feel, and react the way you do and to gently explore the stories, patterns, and protective parts that shaped you. I believe therapy should feel like a safe pause in your week… a place where you can breathe, be honest, and not have to figure everything out alone. I’m especially passionate about helping people who struggle with being hard on themselves, carrying too much, or feeling like they always have to be “the strong one.” Together, we’ll work on building self-compassion, strengthening emotional awareness, and creating room for softness and growth.
