Introduction

It is a pleasure to walk the therapeutic path with you. You steer the ship—I help you read the weather to navigate your journey. This is a space for you to be supported and understood. I take a warm but direct approach, working with individual clients or couples in relationship exploration. This may include focusing on strength-based techniques, challenging long-held patterns that keep us stuck, or exploring life's more meaningful questions. The goal is to provide a steady meter while you explore your truth or barriers to it. The road to authenticity and genuine expression often takes practice. My practice is grounded in evidence-based strategies that blend insight with practical change. My philosophy holds that humans seek wholeness and closure, and often the body is communicating what the mind cannot yet interpret. I work from a relational, psychodynamic framework that incorporates parts work, EMDR, Structural Family Therapy/ACA-12 Step Recovery. Come as you are. In this space, we are building a therapeutic relationship founded in mutual trust over time. The invite is to explore what is most true to you; the rest will follow. Symptoms of anxiety/depression/conflict often stem from a core want or need that hasn't yet been expressed. What is it that you want to say? The key is finding our connection point. I work with you to give space to the inner dialogue that wants expression, relief, truth, and sometimes letting go of old stories that no longer define us. Where we find our deepest wound - can also find our deepest redemption and joy. Without judgement; this is a container of slow and steady progress where you reconnect to yourself in tangible ways.
