I'm the kind of therapist who notices the patterns and understands those quiet parts so leaving you feeling like, "finally feel like someone gets it!" I work with children, teens, and adults. My approach with adults draws from internal family systems (IFS) and I focus on relationships, culture, and individual strengths to help you improve connection and find meaning in your life. I am EMDR-trained and use the modality to support individuals healing from trauma. With children, I use a child-centered play therapy (CCPT) approach. Lets honor the mind, body, and spirit and get you or your children finding more peace in their lives. My practice is rooted in inclusivity, social awareness, and compassion. I believe therapy can be a space where we gently explore how our lives impact our mental health, while also building resilience. When I’m not in session or studying, you can find me outdoors soaking up the sun, wandering off trail on a hike, or noticing the tiny miracles in nature.
