As a therapist, I desire to create a warm, empathetic, and safe space where you can first rest, then trust, and share your story. I believe self-awareness is essential for self-acceptance, and many people need the right space and tools to develop it. I strive to offer a creative environment where you can reflect on your thoughts and emotions and separate your past challenging and traumatic experiences from your true self. I use a person-centered approach, along with methods such as IFS, CBT, mindfulness, journaling, and expressive arts therapy. If needed, I can help you heal from trauma and PTSD, utilizing a therapy technique called Imagery Reprocessing and Rescripting Therapy (IRRT). My overarching goal for you is that you can find relief, rest, share your story, heal, and experience post-traumatic growth.
