Many of the people I work with are incredibly capable on the outside, yet internally they're carrying a tremendous amount of anxiety, self-doubt, grief, emotional exhaustion, or the weight of a significant life transition. They may spend hours overthinking decisions, navigating OCD and intrusive thoughts, struggling with ADHD-related challenges, experiencing depression, or simply trying to make it through each day without feeling overwhelmed. If that's you, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move beyond just surviving and begin living more fully. Using evidence-based approaches, including ERP, ACT, and CBT, I help clients develop new ways of responding to fear, uncertainty, and life's challenges. Together, we'll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and help you feel more confident navigating whatever comes next. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you're returning after time away, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Education: Master’s: I earned my M.S.W.
