I first felt called to therapy work after seeing how relational wounds quietly shape our inner life and relationships, and I’ve dedicated my training to exploring how we heal from that. I’m a counseling intern under supervision, and my work blends attachment theory, trauma-informed care, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and Polyvagal insights. I work with adults, teens, and couples who feel stuck, like the past still echoes in the present, or relational pain keeps repeating. I aim to offer a supportive, curious space where we look at patterns, soothe the nervous system, and build new ways of connecting with yourself and others. Clients often tell me they begin to feel safer in their bodies, more able to trust themselves, and more confident in their relationships. If you’re seeking deep healing (rather than just symptom relief) and want to explore change relationally, I’d be honored to walk that path with you. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit.
