Introduction

On the outside, you may look capable and put together. Inside, you may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns you cannot seem to change. You may notice attachment wounds showing up as fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, emotional withdrawal, or repeatedly finding yourself in painful relationship dynamics. I work with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, including attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, postpartum changes, divorce, family conflict, and relationship stress. Therapy can help you understand why these patterns keep showing up, feel more grounded, and begin making choices that reflect who you are now—not only what you have had to do to survive. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore the emotions, relationships, and protective strategies beneath what you are experiencing. I draw from attachment-focused, psychodynamic, IFS-informed, somatic, and practical approaches to help you build insight, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with yourself, and develop healthier ways of relating to others. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. I offer a space where you can be honest without judgment and where therapy feels thoughtful, relational, and real—not impersonal or one-size-fits-all. If you are tired of carrying everything alone and ready to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, I invite you to reach out.
