Introduction

Maybe you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of yourself underneath it all. You may be navigating a difficult relationship, struggling with boundaries, adjusting to a major life change, or realizing that the way you’ve been getting through things just isn’t working anymore. Whatever brings you here, you don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you need from therapy to begin. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters. Therapy is your space. My intention is for you to feel comfortable showing up as you are, with room for whatever you’re carrying. We’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Together, we may explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped you, build practical skills for the challenges you’re facing, or simply make space for what you need to talk through that day. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, people-pleasing and boundaries, stress, and life transitions. I’ll meet you where you are as we work toward changes that matter to you. Patterns that once helped you survive don’t have to define where you go next.
