Introduction

Cass (she/her) believes therapy is a space for both depth and genuine human connection—one where laughter is welcome alongside meaningful work. While sessions will include important, sometimes challenging conversations, Cass also values humor as a tool for healing. Creating an atmosphere of warmth, ease, and occasional lightness helps foster a sense of safety, connection, and the freedom for clients to be their full selves. Cass has graduated from Edgewood University with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in work with individuals, couples, and polycules. Her approach is grounded in, but not limited to, attachment style-based perspectives, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). At the heart of her work is the belief that each person is the expert of their own life—Cass’s role is to support, guide, and collaborate as clients navigate it. Cass has a strong interest in sex therapy and continues to deepen her knowledge to better support clients exploring intimacy, desire, and sexual wellbeing. She works with survivors of sexual trauma and partners in both monogamous and polyamorous relationships, offering care that is client-centered, inclusive, and proudly queer-affirming. Whether someone is seeking deeper healing or simply needing a space where they can show up as they are, Cass aims to create an environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
