Let’s be real - life can be messy. Sometimes it feels like you’re juggling a hundred things, and one more thing might send you over the edge. If you’ve ever thought, ‘I should be able to handle this on my own,’ you’re not alone (spoiler alert: none of us are). That’s where therapy can help. I primarily work with individuals and couples navigating life stressors, breaking patterns that no longer serve, anxiety, grief & loss, self-esteem, infidelity, people pleasing, family conflict; and, as a bonus, I am a Certified Sex Therapist. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and maybe even a little lighter than you expected. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating; sometimes the most powerful work happens when we can laugh in the middle of the hard stuff! My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. We'll work together to untangle what feels overwhelming and help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected.
