Introduction

Hi, I’m Cassiel—a mental health professional driven by a genuine belief in the greatness within every person I serve. My journey started long before I became a clinician, shaped by my experience as a Division I athlete and more than 15 years of work in youth leadership, substance abuse counseling, and mental health therapy. That background taught me the power of discipline, creativity, and teamwork—principles I now bring into every therapeutic relationship. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic and sensory-based techniques, and motivational strategies, I focus on creating a supportive, client-centered space where meaningful growth can happen. As the developer of Welltheology and its core mantra—I AM: Inspire hope, Awaken inner power, Maximize potential—I’m committed to helping clients access their inner strength, gain clarity, and move toward lasting wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or a renewed sense of direction, my goal is to partner with you in a process where you feel empowered, supported, and fully capable of success.
