Introduction

Welcome to our psychiatric medication management and therapy practice, offering primarily telehealth services with in-person visits available as needed to patients across the lifespan throughout the state of Florida. We understand the unique demands of living in one of the world’s busiest tourist destinations—where fast-paced environments, high-pressure careers, and irregular schedules can take a real toll on mental health. Our care is designed to support individuals navigating these challenges while working toward balance and stability. We provide integrated medication management and psychotherapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. We are proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all patients. Our goal is to deliver thoughtful, personalized care that helps you feel more grounded, supported, and in control of your mental health—wherever you are.
