Introduction

You may be searching for therapy where you can be expressive, move your body, and connect with yourself and nature. With experiential elements woven in, there is so much room for the healing and growth that happens beneath words. Here is where you can incorporate into therapy sessions creative expression (art, writing, music), somatic modalities (meditation, breathwork, mindful movement), and connection with wild spaces (by the river, under the trees, on the trails). Especially for people at the intersection of eating disorders, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA2S+ experiences, this work is rooted in creativity, the body, and the natural environment. This all happens in a space that is large and accessible. Sensory elements are adaptable, we have a private accessible entrance, and there is a large, private single-user bathroom. If this feels like the kind of therapy you've been looking for, I would love to hear from you. Sessions are currently available, please call or email to get started.
