Hello and welcome! I’m Catalina Perez, a bilingual and bicultural Clinical Social Worker. I’m so glad you’re here and taking this step toward support and healing. I bring over 15 years of experience working with children and families in various capacities. For the past decade, my work has centered on walking alongside children and caregivers as they navigate the healing process—finding hope, strength, and new beginnings after trauma. I deeply understand the challenges that come with parenting and caregiving, and I work collaboratively to support both you and your child in meaningful, compassionate ways. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational. I believe in creating a safe, grounded space where you can be vulnerable, explore difficult topics, and feel supported throughout your journey. If spirituality is something you wish to integrate into our work, I’m honored to include that as part of the healing process. I specialize in trauma and interpersonal violence. Over the past decade, I have supported survivors of child sexual abuse and have extensive experience working with children who struggle with problematic sexual behaviors. If you’re ready to begin therapy or are simply curious about how I can help, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to navigate this alone—healing is possible, and we can take the next steps together. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and hold a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University.
