I am Tommie Sanders, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and the founder of Catalyst Counseling, a private practice committed to walking alongside individuals as they pursue healing and growth. I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Alabama A&M in 2011, became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2014, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in 2019. I over 19 years of experience with treating mental illness and substance use disorders. I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders, offering a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re seeking clinically sound therapy, faith-based support, or both, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
