I am a bilingual Licensed Social Worker focused on treating individuals and couples. I am Trauma and DBT informed, I also utilize eclectic approaches including but not limited to CBT and ACT. Among my areas of expertise are: PTSD/trauma, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Body image, disordered eating, and women issues. My goal is to help clients reach their full potential and am dedicated to helping them navigate life’s challenges and build healthier emotional well-being. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and personal goals. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, I support clients in developing tools for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
