Introduction

As a queer, biracial, Filipina-American womxn, I aim to be a therapist who caters to the needs of multiply marginalized populations, including: LGBTQIA+ individuals, multiracial and/or BIPOC communities, college students, and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and decolonial lens. I aim to create a safe space that nurtures the therapeutic relationship, so that our work can be more candid, collaborative, and, at times, humorous! I will work with you to set realistic goals and adapt each session to your personal needs. I most often use IFS, DBT, and ACT modalities within the therapeutic space.
