People seek counseling for many reasons—healing from trauma, navigating self-doubt, exploring feelings of loneliness, depression, or anxiety, working through limitations that impact contentment, or building communication and relationship skills. Whatever the reason, I understand that beginning this journey can feel confusing, overwhelming, and even intimidating. It’s not always easy to know where or how to start. I believe the foundation of effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively with clients to build this connection with care, curiosity, and trust. Rather than operating from a traditional hierarchical model, I view clients as the experts of their own lived experiences—even when those experiences have made it difficult to feel that way. I work with individuals and partnered relationships navigating trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergent experiences, grief, life transitions, and mood-related concerns. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, drawing on IFS, narrative therapy, and other integrative modalities to help clients find trust and comfort in themselves and their relationships. I am licensed in Oklahoma and offer both in-person and Telehealth (video) appointments.
