You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you—around substances or gambling, anxiety, low mood, past experiences, identity, relationships, shame, intrusive thoughts, or people-pleasing. I work with adolescents and adults and bring experience from residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. My goal is to offer you a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relational. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to advocate for yourself. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as attachment work, parts work (IFS), DBT, CBT, ACT, and client-centered therapy. If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important step. I’m here to support you and walk with you as you work toward growth and understanding.
