Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the state of Illinois. I have worked with both adolescents and adults across extended residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. I have supported individuals navigating challenges such as substance use and behavioral addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, interpersonal struggles, shame, and codependency. My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I emphasize self-advocacy while tailoring support to each person’s unique needs. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, I tend to incorporate motivational interviewing, attachment theory, IFS/parts work, DBT, CBT, ACT, and client-centered techniques into my therapeutic practice. I believe it takes strength and courage to ask for help and think it’s amazing you were willing to take this first step. I am here to further support you and walk alongside you during this journey of growth and discovery.
