My goal is to build a collaborative, strength-based partnership to support exploration of your own resilience, inner resources, and wisdom. I work primarily with children and teens, as well as families, and I welcome adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, stress, trauma, or simply feeling stuck. I also have specialized training in adoption-competent practice and enjoy supporting all members of the adoption constellation—adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, and families—through the unique experiences, relationships, and questions that adoption can bring. Meaningful change happens through healthy, supportive relationship. I draw from play therapy, attachment theory and relational neurobiology, and somatic (body-based) approaches. I offer a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach to emotions, relationships, parenting, life transitions, and adoption. Together, we can explore what feels most helpful to create meaningful lasting change.
