I am a Master’s-level addictions counselor and gerontologist dedicated to helping individuals understand and overcome substance use through a holistic, biopsychosocial, and spiritual approach. My work integrates evidence-based practices with deeper healing perspectives, including trauma-informed care and alignment with one’s true self and purpose. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating addiction, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and identity rebuilding, with a strong focus on helping clients reconnect with who they were before substance use. I began this work as a passion for addressing not just the behavior of addiction, but the underlying pain, disconnection, and life experiences that contribute to it. My services are designed to create meaningful, lasting change by helping clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, rebuild healthy relationships, and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit.
