Introduction

I specialize in supporting women and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety and worry, identity development, relationship concerns, depression, peri/menopause and postpartum experiences, and the ongoing process of reconnecting with one’s own self. I work at the intersection of emotional and somatic healing, helping clients listen to their bodies, understand their needs, and move toward more grounded and authentic living. Grounded in attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and Parts Work (IFS-informed), clients are invited to explore who they are, what they value, and a deeper connection to the body. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), limbic system retraining, and psychoeducation to support both insight and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your relationships, the stories that live in your body, and the strengths that have helped you get this far. Before becoming a therapist, I spent formative years in experiential education, leading wilderness expeditions with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and running an environmental education program in Hawaii. These experiences shaped my belief in the healing power of the mind-body connection, stepping into the unknown, and trusting the wisdom of self-discovery. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen inwardly, and allow space for what has long been carried. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll reconnect with your voice, deepen your sense of self, and begin to move through life with more clarity, self-compassion, and a steady sense of inner strength.
