I have experience working with individual clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, and substance abuse. I have also worked with families and couples on communication, infidelity, parenting, balancing personal and professional life and more. My specific areas of focus include navigating life and career transitions, anxiety, depression, couples working on communication, work/life balance, coping strategies for overcoming unwanted habits, and family conflict. As a former competitive athlete and someone who was working her way up the corporate ladder before pivoting to become a therapist, I understand the various pressures and the expectations placed on and of oneself. In collaboration with you, we will break down problems by understanding the origins, creating goals for therapy, and finding solutions for growth. Trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy, I like to meet clients where they are when they walk into the first session and work with each client at their own pace. I bring warmth, empathy, and curiosity. I like to foster an environment of accountability and honest feedback. I would be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have!
