I'm so glad you've found your way here. It's not easy to start the journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I hope to be a partner to help you along the way. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2008 in Pensacola, Florida, I have enjoyed working with adults, teenagers, kids and couples. Through this experience I have come to appreciate the humanity and complexity of each human being and wholeheartedly believe in the incredible strength of self and amazing capacity for change within each individual. In my practice, I strive to provide a nurturing, curious, compassionate and supportive environment for each client and/or couple. Whether you've experienced trauma, struggle with attachment issues, or find yourself wrestling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, marital or premarital issues, know that I'm here to walk alongside you. Drawing upon my diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, I tailor my methods to suit your unique needs. I am Trauma Trained in Trauma Focused/Informed Therapy as well as Mindfulness-Based CBT, Energy Psychology, DBT-informed strategies, IFS-Informed and trained & IFIO informed and trained, Attachment Theory, Couples Therapy and Adult Parent-Adult Child Relationship issues. Together we will discover the blend of techniques that will support your growth and healing. Creating a warm, inclusive, safe and non judgmental space is of utmost importance to me. I continue to extend my unwavering support to individuals and couples from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community.
