Introduction

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, my approach to mental wellness is grounded in calmness, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I specialize in working with adults navigating the lasting effects of childhood attachment trauma, which often manifests as addiction, traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, anger, impulsivity, low self-esteem, codependency, communication challenges, boundary difficulties, and relationship conflicts. In our work together, I help clients develop insight into how early experiences continue to shape their relationships—with others and with themselves. Through this process, we address unresolved patterns and support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy becomes a space for transformation, fostering greater self-worth, emotional security, and confidence. As a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP), I bring extensive experience in treating substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy, all tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Please reach out today to schedule an appointment.
