You may have spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself—why you keep returning to certain relationships, why it can be difficult to trust, or why the ways you’ve learned to cope no longer seem to work. Perhaps you’re functioning well on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change. I work with adults navigating trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with a focus on understanding the experiences that shape how you see yourself, connect with others, and cope with difficult emotions. Together, we can explore where these patterns come from and what may be keeping you stuck, while developing new ways of relating to yourself and others. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel understood without judgment, while also being gently challenged when it can support meaningful change. My hope is not simply that you feel better, but that you come to know yourself differently: with greater self-trust, flexibility, and compassion. Change often begins when we can understand our patterns without being defined by them—and develop the freedom to respond differently.
