I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that many of the ways we cope today developed for a reason—even when they no longer serve us. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and overwhelming life experiences. I have particular experience supporting survivors of sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. I am trained in EMDR and also draw from trauma-focused CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each person's needs. Trauma can affect much more than memories of what happened. It can shape how you see yourself, how safe you feel in relationships, and how your mind and body respond to everyday stress. Our work together can help you better understand these patterns, process experiences that continue to feel unresolved, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions and situations. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate challenges, and less defined by what you've been through.
