Introduction

Psychotherapy As a licensed psychologist, I provide Telehealth services to individual adult clients residing in California and Oregon, though I am not currently accepting new Oregon clients. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which holds that we are all born with a Self that has innate healing capacities. Throughout life, we develop adaptive survival and protective strategies in response to the unique challenges and characteristics of our body, environment, family, culture, relationships, and life experiences. People often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. In IFS, we build a compassionate relationship with these patterns and the protective parts of us that carry them. As we begin to get to know them, we come to understand their original intentions and begin to heal the wounds that once made them necessary. As this healing unfolds, we can release burdens that no longer serve us and reconnect with ourselves, others, and our environment in more meaningful, harmonious, and fulfilling ways. IFS Case Consultation I offer IFS-informed case consultation to therapists worldwide who are seeking professional development and a deeper understanding of their work with clients, as well as to those pursuing IFS therapist certification or recertification. At this time, I do not have openings for case consultation. Scheduling Availability I currently do not have openings for new clients but likely will in July. Psychotherapy & Case Consultation Fees Psychotherapy Sessions: $275 per 60-minute session (Longer sessions are available when clinically appropriate) IFS-Informed Case Consultation for Professionals: $225 per 60-minute session Insurance & Reimbursement I am a private-pay provider, which allows therapy to be tailored to your needs without insurance restrictions. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. About Me I am a female therapist (she/her) with a deep appreciation for the many ways human experience shapes our lives. My practice is grounded in respect for each person’s background and lived experience, and I work with adult clients from a wide range of professions and life stages, including undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral interns, creative professionals, psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals, as well as coaches, teachers, and parents. Background & Interests After completing my undergraduate degree in dance performance and choreography, I trained in dance/movement therapy and yoga. These experiences deepened my interest in mind-body healing and eventually led me to pursue a doctorate in psychology. My doctoral work focused on how early experiences shape emotional well-being across the lifespan, integrating traditional psychodynamic theories with contemporary research. In my clinical work, I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), with additional influences from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR. As a Certified IFS Therapist, Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, and licensed psychologist, I remain engaged in ongoing learning to keep my work responsive and grounded. I also believe that my own healing is an essential part of this work. I continue to engage in personal therapy and seek out experiences and communities that support awareness, nurture the mind, body, and spirit, and reflect my commitment to awareness, inclusion, and social responsibility. Education Psy.D., Clinical Psychology (Health Emphasis) California School of Professional Psychology M.A., Clinical Psychology (Health Emphasis) California School of Professional Psychology B.A., Dance Performance & Choreography California State University, Long Beach Postdoctorate Training I have extensive postdoctoral training in trauma-informed psychotherapy, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
