At Renew Restoration, therapy begins with understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that influence how we think, feel, relate, and respond to the world. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals seeking greater awareness, emotional health, and lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and TBRI, to support meaningful, sustainable growth. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding what shaped you and creating the freedom to live with greater intention, clarity, and alignment.
