I work with teens, adults, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship conflict, difficult family dynamics, eating disorders, substance use, trauma, grief, and mood concerns. I help clients recognize their worth, better understand themselves and their relationships, and reconnect with the inner strength they may have lost sight of along the way. Because relationships often play an important role in both our pain and our healing, I also enjoy helping couples and families improve communication, work through conflict, and create healthier patterns of connection. My style is warm, deeply empathetic, and creative because I believe therapy should never feel cookie-cutter. I tailor our work to each client’s unique personality, needs, and goals, creating a supportive space where meaningful change can take place. I also offer animal-assisted therapy and optional faith-integrated counseling for clients who would like to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.
