Introduction

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. I specialize in working with adult women who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted beneath the surface. Using a trauma-informed and integrative approach, I help clients build emotional regulation, reconnect with their bodies, and create meaningful change at a pace that honors their nervous system. I also offer consultation and workshops for new therapists focused on preventing burnout, nervous system regulation, and building sustainable clinical practices. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me for availability and more information.
