I am a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to be truly seen, heard, and healed. Life might have taught you that you are unworthy, incapable, or unable to experience peace. I hope to guide you through your journey of healing and growth. I believe that the resources you need to find that peace and healing are inside of you–after all, you know yourself and your needs better than anyone. It can be hard to ask for help and be vulnerable with a stranger. I do my best to cultivate an environment where you feel safe to share not only your struggles, but also your joys and laughter. I am passionate about helping teens, couples, young adults, and families that need a place to process their life circumstances. Whether you experience depression, trauma, OCD, marital discord, abuse of any kind, anxiety, or you just need someone to talk to, I would love to sit with you in the sacred space of therapy. Though I’ve called Utah home for the last several years, I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Idaho, surrounded by cows, potato fields, and family. I enjoy a good show on Netflix, thrift stores, baking, piano, podcasts, dogs, and all forms of potatoes.
