Introduction

Hi, I’m Celeste (she/her), and I am a therapist because I believe that nobody should have to do life alone. Life can be disappointing and isolating. Sometimes the life we imagined for ourselves doesn’t turn out the way we expected, and we’re left wondering where to go from here. I especially love working with women who are navigating multiple roles and trying to make it all work. One of my areas of particular interest is supporting people through faith transitions. When something so fundamental to your identity and worldview changes, the resulting grief, isolation, and uncertainty can feel earth-shattering. Whether you’re navigating a faith transition, unresolved trauma, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, or a major life transition, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and find a path forward that feels authentic to you. I believe you are the expert on yourself. You know your story, your needs, and your life better than anyone. My role isn’t to tell you who to be or how to live. I am here to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you as you find your own path toward healing and peace. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with teens, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds with a wide range of concerns. I work hard to create a space where you can be honest and fully yourself. There is room for the hard stuff, but also for joy, laughter, and everything in between. When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy a good TV show, a great book, local plays, cuddling with my dogs, Este and Gus, and eating all forms of potatoes.
