Introduction

Are you looking for someone who works well in integrative mental health? Good with family work? Good with parenting techniques? I work well with all these. I have a passion for working with moms and with families, whether it’s parenting, addiction, complex trauma, or anything in between. I am a reiki master and I am a certified yoga instructor. My favorite approaches are somatic and attachment-focused approaches. As a sex addiction therapist trainee, Celeste is kind, calm, supportive, gentle, and grounded, Celeste is a mental health counseling graduate and completed her internship and practicum at Love Is Healing. Her motivation comes from witnessing a high need for mental health support throughout her professional and personal journey. As a mother of four, Celeste believes that healing begins a home. She is passionate about empowering parents or guardians of children so in turn they empower their children. She understands the need to support a person as a whole and believes each layer of identity matters. With this knowledge, Celeste feels like a person’s therapeutic journey should be tailored to meet the client’s unique needs. She has experience working in Infant Mental Health Early Intervention. Celeste is dedicated to providing holistic care for all populations. Through a trauma informed lens, she believes it is important to provide holistic interventions for those with whom she works.
