Introduction

Relational Life Therapy (RLT), founded by Terry Real, is a dynamic approach designed to interrupt unhealthy dynamics, heal long-standing wounding and encourage self-initiated accountability that promotes secure, authentic connection between partners. Celeste offers extended 2-hour sessions, day-long intensives and facilitates weekend Relationship Skills Bootcamps twice a year. Celeste practices what she teaches couples by modeling relational ecology with her husband of 22 years. She is open about her personal evolution - helping her clients feel seen and safe as they practice new relational skills.
