Introduction

Relational Life Therapy (RLT), founded by Terry Real, is a dynamic approach designed to interrupt unhealthy dynamics, heal long-standing wounding and encourage self-initiated accountability that promotes secure, authentic connection between partners. Celeste offers extended 2-hour sessions, one or two day intensives and facilitates the Relationship Skills Bootcamp twice a year. As an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, she helps individuals resolve long-held anger, anxiety/panic, grief and traumatic events within 2-5 sessions.
