Introduction

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. I’ve spent the past 7 years helping women heal from trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions — helping them reconnect with themselves and find hope again. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I use a mix of approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and other evidence-based tools to meet your unique needs and goals. I’ve received advanced training in eating disorders through the Center for Body Trust and the Eating Disorder Recovery Center, and specialized EMDR training through EMDR Consulting. I live in the beautiful Rogue Valley with my family and our sweet puppy, Aelin Fireheart — she’s currently in training to be part of therapy sessions once she's all grown up. When I’m not working, you can usually find me out on a trail somewhere or in the garden, recharging in nature. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and I accept a variety of insurance plans. I also have a sliding scale and superbills to make ther pay as accessible as possible. Let's chat about your needs! Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I can’t wait to meet you!
