If your mind feels stuck on repeat, obsessing, avoiding, overthinking, or battling urges, you’re not alone. And more importantly, you’re not broken. Hi, I’m Celeste Soto, a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and different life stages. I've provided services in various settings: hospice, child welfare, inpatient psychiatrist units, and outpatient mental health. My current focus is helping teens, young adults, parents, and caregivers navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, body image concerns, trauma, relationship stressors, cultural issues, difficulty with boundaries, skin-picking, hair pulling, and overwhelming life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s in Sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles and my Master’s in Social Work and Gerontology from Loma Linda University. I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and compassion-focused care. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in both science and compassion. Together, we’ll go beyond coping to build practical skills that create real change while honoring your humanity. I work with clients across California, Tennessee, and Mississippi via secure telehealth sessions, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and encouraged to grow. My goal is to help you feel more confident, calm, and in control, so you can reclaim your time, energy, and sense of self to focus on what matters most.
