Introduction

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship uncertainty, communication issues, and life transitions that affect your day-to-day life, relationships, and ability to function? Do you feel sad, angry, exhausted, unappreciated, and unworthy with having pushed away your needs, not taking time for yourself, and wonder if you will feel better to lead happier, more productive, as well as fulfilled lives. My practice starts with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I am committed to helping you explore your concerns, identify patterns that contribute to conflict, and gain insight into what you truly want. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to take steps toward improving your emotional well-being, and creating meaningful, satisfying lives. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with the State of Texas. I have experience in working with clients in private practice, school, and university settings. I focus on evidence-based collaboration and use testing to track progress through therapy approaches from TEAM-CBT and mindfulness practice.
