Introduction

I am honored to get to serve this community as a local therapist. With a background in education, special education, addiction treatment, family care, mentorship, and coaching, I come to my practice with an emphasis on genuine compassionate, nonjudgemental, and integrated relationship building. We all find ourselves - at times - in seasons of distress, uncertainty, and in need of empathetic support. I believe this is part of the human experience and learning to connect with ourselves, others, and the broader community around us is balm that nurtures health, growth, and clarity. I believe we all have, within ourselves, the capacity to create the lives we long to live. But it is hard. I am here to step into that process with you, as a traveling companion on the journey to self-actualization and a sense freedom. I specialize in working with a diverse population of folks. I've had the privilege in recent years to get to work with young adults, moving through myriad life transitions; identity concerns, anxiety and depression, family dynamics, parenting, sexual and platonic relationships, school, work, etc. I blend approaches that highlight person-centered, strengths-based, humanistic core values with behavioral and cognitive principles that adapt to support the unique needs of each of my clients. It would be a joy to get to meet you for an initial consultation and share the opportunity to connect in a spirit of support and healing.
