With nearly two decades of clinical and leadership experience, Chad specializes in helping adults, professionals, executives, healthcare providers, and families navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use disorders, life transitions, burnout, and the impact of chronic stress. He is also experienced in working with trauma, emotional avoidance, interpersonal conflict, and issues related to meaning, identity, and values. Before founding Executive Presence Solutions in 2022, Chad spent more than fifteen years leading behavioral healthcare programs, overseeing clinical operations, developing treatment services, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. His experience spans outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment settings, providing him with a broad understanding of both complex clinical presentations and long-term recovery. Chad's therapeutic approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. He primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other empirically supported interventions to meet each client's unique needs.
